This Privacy Policy applies to the AAC Autism Communication Cards app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Aleksey Terezanov (herein referred to as "Service Provider").
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from its users. Any data created within the Application, such as custom cards, photos, or voice settings, is stored locally on the user's device and is not accessible by the Service Provider.
The Application is designed for individuals with autism and speech delays, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected, the Application is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
The Application requires access to the device's camera and photo gallery solely to allow users to create custom communication cards. Photos are stored only on the device and are not uploaded to any external servers.
The Application uses standard Android Text-to-Speech (TTS) services to provide voice output. No data is shared with third-party advertising or analytics companies.
